Great experience at Dr Schwartz’s office today. He took the time to explain the results of my eye exam and gave pros and cons of different types of lenses
The office staff is efficient and knowledgeable. I had great help picking out new frames. They have a large selection. I highly recommend using Dr Schwartz for exams and eyeglasses.

Dr. Novak was absolutely wonderful with my 7 year old! He was very funny and made her super comfortable. I highly recommend him.

I have been going to Dr Novak’s office for over 10 years! The staff is excellent and they take their time with the patient. Dr Novak always explains and is specific with whatever issues you may have. He ensures that you are taken care of and you’re satisfied before you leave his office. Excellent!

Like others, I've been coming to this medical facility for years. I've been a patient since I was 13; I'm now in my thirties so that should tell you how awesome they are. I have been to other optometrists but none compare to what I receive at this practice. It has nothing to do with convenience or fear of change, but simply put - its the service that keeps me there. I have been seen by all three doctors and each one of them provide optimal care in their own unique way. But for sure, they equally keep you in the loop about what they're doing and why it's important. At the end of the exam, they always let you know about the health of your eyes and any interventions/suggestions (if any), I appreciate that the most. The information is always easy to understand and they welcome as many questions as you want to ask.

The supporting staff are also very personable, kind, and knowledgeable for the most part. With every visit, I know that I will be in great hands. The facilities are very modern and they have a great selection of eyewear. I would definitely recommend this practice, you won't be disappointed.

I've been coming to Dr. Schwartz for many a year. At 1st I was treated by his son who moved his practice to Florida. After being examined by Dr. Ken.....I was very impressed to his attention to detail which is second to none. He's meticulous, patient, funny, has sensational "chair side" manner keeps you at ease and he will not complete the exam until he's satisfied and you are completely satisfied that he's given you the ultimate exam and prescription. His staff of pre-screeners who check your eyes for glaucoma are all top notch and his entire procedure from pre-testing to the actual eye exam and then being brought to the fitting area is again as well organized as could be. His eye glass "fitters" never rush you and show you as many frames as you want to see until you find the one you want to buy. Once the glasses are in, you'll get a call and without an appointment you could come in any time to pick them up. I'm very meticulous as to how my glasses look and feel and I've returned a few times for some adjustments without any issues. I highly recommend Dr. Ken for all your optical needs. You will not go wrong.

I would be remiss if I didn't point out an ongoing dispute I've had/have with one of the office administrators for a couple of years regarding my insurance which unfortunately led me to another local optician to get fitted for glasses. I explained my "insurance parameters" to my new eyeglass fitters and their office manager took the bull by the horns and even faxed my paid invoice to my insurance carrier, emailed me a copy of my paid invoice and I received a check in very short order. I'm hopeful that I could come to a meeting of the minds with Dr. Kens' office staff employee so that I could return to his office when I'm eligible for new glasses next summer.

I've seen both Dr. Wilck and Dr. Schwartz and both are extremely friendly and they always answer any questions that I have. I hate the puff eye pre-testing (then again who doesn't!) but the pre-testing staff have always made me feel comfortable.

I never had a problem with the staff personally and they have always been nice and welcoming to me. At first glance, this might be just another doctor's office but once you get to know the staff, they are really a great bunch of people.

This is not your typical boutique eye glass shop. These are actually doctors that do their job and are not there to sell you expensive frames & sunglasses you cannot afford.
